Paradise Real Estate April Statistics

 During the month of April 2017, the Paradise real estate market saw a total of thirty-four single family residences successfully close escrow after an average day on the market (DOM) of 61.

The average selling price during April was $295,706 with a median selling price of $256,000. March had exactly the same quantity of single family residences sold at 34 homes. However, both the median and average sales prices were slightly lower at $261,500 and $258,232 respectively.
