​During the month of April 2017, the single family residence segment of the market in Chico saw a total of 124 homes successfully close escrow after an average of 43 days on the market. 

 The average sales price was $349,433 with a median sales price of $323,750. In comparison, March 2017 had a total of 117 single family residences successfully close escrow after an average DOM of 42. The average selling price in March was $324,493 with a median selling price of $310,000.
